Valdobbiadene is an ancient and notable land which was the center of the fi nal and dramatic stages of the First World War (1917-18). It spreads out between the Treviso Prealps and the river Piave. The landscape is itself an artwork, dominated by Prosecco DOCG vineyards and Valdobbiadene is the queen.

The Prosecco route and the Conegliano - Valdobbiadene hills’ wines

The Prosecco Route is the fi rst in Italy. It was inaugurated on 10th September 1966 and it extends through Valdobbiadene and Conegliano hills. It was renamed "Prosecco and the Wines of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Hills Road" in 2003. The tourist is guided among uninterrupted vineyards, wine cellars strewn along hills, suburbs, restaurants and places where the wine art of these lands can be tasted. This is the place where Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG is produced, the most demanded Italian wine in the world.

The Prosecco ring

"Anello del Prosecco" (The Prosecco Ring) is a naturalistic path, an almost 10 km long route through San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol. These villages are renowned hill places within Valdobbiadene's municipality, where oenological and gastronomic culture have an ancient tradition.
"Anello del Prosecco" meets the needs of the modern wine tourist who is looking for great wines and typical local food products, and also for all those scenic, environmental and cultural components which characterize the spirit and traditions of the territory.

The Settolo Basso Piave park

The Settolo Basso naturalistic area lies in Bigolino’s hamlet. In this area there is a 5 km long path of level road caracterized by water streams, sources and typical fl ora and fauna of the humid habitat. It is a perfect path for easy walks.
